Freediving Galapagos  - 2024

Join us on another adventures freediving trip to one of the most remote places to freedive. The Galapagos Islands are undoubtedly one of the most spectacular pelagic diving on the planet. The islands are one of those rare places on our planet where you can dive into a school of Hammerhead sharks, pass by a Whaleshark, say hallo to a Oceanic Manta and dive into a baitball - and that's just one dive session.

Our Freediving Liveaboard trip starts on San Cristóbal Island, we will board our vessel and head straight out for a 7 day Galapagos Liveaboard trip. Searching for
big animal encounters and making this a once in a lifetime experience. Setting sail as fast as possible to go to Wolf and Darwin Island.

What you can expect - BIG Animal encounter

There is no place more known for Hammerhead sharks then the Galápagos Archipelago. So we are definetly looking out for them.
Hammerhead sharks are by far not the only big animals we will and can encounter - We promise! It will also be the right time of the year to find some of the largest Whale sharks on our planet. The Islands are well know for the abundance of sharks, so we can also encounter, big Galapagos sharks, Silky sharks, Dusky sharks, Tiger sharks, Blacktip sharks Whitetip reef sharks...

But there is more the sharks and you gonna love it! We can encounter Sea Lions, Sunfish (Mola mola), sea turtles, giant morays and schooling fish and even Galapagos penguins! There is also a lot of macro life with seahorses, blennies, nudibranchs, hawkfish and frogfish. And not forget diving with Marine iguanas

Boat / Accommodation

Galapagos Master is a 32 metre vessel which underwent a complete interior refit to the highest standards in 2017, now sailing to some of the top dive sites in the Galapagos. She welcomes a total of 16 divers on each liveaboard trip, maximising safety and comfort for all guests on board. Each cabin has its own private en-suite bathroom with hot water, and ample storage room for all of your personal belongings.

The communal areas available to guests include a spacious indoor lounge on the middle deck. Relax and unwind from your day’s diving while watching your favourite movie or your latest underwater shots on the plasma screen television next to the cocktail bar. Photographers can take full advantage of the indoor camera set-up station which includes multiple charging points (US round pin plug).

Galapagos Master’s top sun-deck ensures that sun worshippers can top up their tan while soaking up the Galapagos sights. Or, for those who prefer to relax out of the sun, the shaded upper level is an ideal location to chill out in cushioned lounge chairs and benches.
