Please follow these instructions:
- Tell us about your return via E-Mail info@freedivingshop.ch
- Return article complete and with original packaging
- enclose a copy of the order confirmation, delivery note or invoice
- Return shipment at own expense, return on site possible on request
Please let us know the reason for your return so that we can improve our service for the future.
A return will only be accepted if the item is returned undamaged, unused, complete and with the original packaging. Should the goods show signs of use or damage when returned, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
