One-on-one yoga for freedivers
The Kaluna Coaching "Yoga" is a great way to complete your freediving preparation routine. We can customize the session to fit your needs and goals for freediving and yoga. We start with a short get-to-know-you conversation to find out what you want to accomplish, if there are any injuries, and to get to know each other a little better. This is included in your One2One online yoga package.

Generally, we will focus on breathing techniques, yoga postures and kriyas that are useful for freediving. By relaxing and strengthening you physically and mentally, the practice will enrich your life with a source of balance from daily activities such as sports, work, or misalignment due to computer/phone/instruments/physical work, etc.
The more regularly the exercises are done, the greater the benefits will be.
Style: Hatha and Kundalini Yoga
Dates by appointment. For the yoga training you only need a quiet environment and soft carpet pad. The training lasts 75min and is done over zoom.
