Our training is now available online - train from the comfort of your own home. Training on dry land doesn't work? You'll be surprised at the progress you can make with targeted training at home.
BCS training is a very efficient way to improve your performance in the water with dryland training.
Improve your flexibility in your back, intercostal muscles, shoulders and thoracic spine and the elasticity of your diaphragm. By being more flexible, you'll increase your lung capacity and unlock your full potential in freedving.
The training also helps to prevent or fight back pain, especially scoliosis and kyphosis - your back will thank you.
